I mean, all the drama in the show is pretty good, and that was the most drama-focused arc, so it's basically the best part by default. It's a shame the shogi is so terrible or it might've been a real great show.

Uh based on the fact its just absurd to believe Roshi wouldve rather had the Earth be destroyed if he was secretly strong enough all along that he couldve stopped every villain up to like Buu. Since Roshi retires from fighting altogether in DB (until Super) and everything power wise eclipses that in Z its just hard to believe literally everybody didnt pass him. I mean you might as well say whats there to prove Roshi at Full Power isnt stronger than Vegeta and Goku

Uh, no? Roshi beats Yamcha back in DB, IIRC, and Yamcha never really gets stronger than he was in DB classic.

Watched Null Peta. Whoops. Thought this might be some cute slice of life, and I guess it maybe could've been if not for all the lame humor. The parts that tried to be emotional were nice, but the jokes were mostly real bad, especially the food jokes. Delete the fried rice and the show would probably be solid I guess.

My own list seems steeped in nostalgia.

I think it also shows what game platforms you were exposed to, and enjoyed. There's a lot of Sega and early Nintendo on mine because they are what I grew up with.

That's why I'm often more interested in game of the year or game of the decade lists. Less based on just nostalgia.

Oath Sign's a gooder tho.

Was never a fan of Re:Zero's OPs musically, but they have good visuals.

I've always thought Hacking to the Gate had totally shit visuals. Find the Blue is my favorite Science Adventure song, though I like the SG0 EDs a lot.

Raise Your Flag would be in my top 10. Probably top 5. It's amazing.
